mbo Osswald consolidates three strategic steps into a clear value proposition: a new raw material warehouse serving as an upstream pace-setter for machining, newly installed and commissioned photovoltaic systems, and the international brand claim “Linking Technology | Smart Manufacturing”. Together they create speed, reliability and transparency – tangible for industrial customers worldwide, from prototype to series production.
The 1,000 m² raw material warehouse is designed so that goods receipt, quality-assured storage and decoupled provisioning to the production lines are digitally integrated. Real-time inventory, schedulable changeover windows and early bottleneck detection reduce work-in-progress, shorten lead times and improve on-time delivery.
In parallel, we have installed and commissioned photovoltaic systems in several halls. The locally generated electricity is channelled into the production operation via our energy management, smoothing load peaks and increasing supply security. In this way we reduce CO2 emissions and stabilize energy costs – a gain in robustness that we pass on directly to our customers through reliable delivery dates and competitive terms.
